Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing times
All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Backordered product will result in significant delays of product being shipped out.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
All domestic shipping to a Canadian address is free of charge. Delivery estimates vary depending on the shipping provider but we strive to meet the 2 day delivery timeframe.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, Tariffs, and Taxes
In the event that a shipment has been redirected or transported to an international address, The MuT will not cover or reimburse any of these expenses. Furthermore, any international tool location is outside the sales territory of The MuT and warranty, refunds, and support terms will be void.
Damages
For product shipping. The MuT will track and hold the carrier responsible for any damages or loss. Another product will be shipped to you. The MuT will not be liable for timelines not met because of this unfortunate occurance.
For return shipping, The MuT is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
