The MuT is a division of IAAT Technologies.
The IAAT Tech engineers were building products and solutions in the HVAC industry and discovered a gap in the tool set available to HVAC technicians. Most technicians commonly misuse tools, modify tools, and even use scraps lying around the job site – all because they don’t have a tool that does what they need.
Looking deeper, the unions and trade schools reported multiple injuries as a result of misused or modified tools, or using scraps that would fail when used. Your hands typically have it the worst when they are slammed, sliced, gouged, and crushed.
The obvious answer was the development of a tool that would address the many needs of the technician as they worked.
Thus, “The MuT” was born.
After many prototypes and endless discussions with HVAC experts, schools, unions, and even beginners in the trade, The MuT has become the multitool it is today. A tool that you can rely on to get many jobs done – faster, easier, and with better results.
